https://cricketb.wordpress.com/2017/12/05/latest-planning-and-logging-forms/

- Daily Journal (morning and evening), similar to 5-Minute Journal
- Month Plan / Weekly Status Review, similar to Stever Robbin's Daily Status Review, but weekly
- Recurring
- Week Plan, with apts, long rocks, quick rocks, catch-all
- Day Plan / Time Log / Procrastination Log / Catch-all
- Daily Grid for LAOS, Goldsmith's Daily Questions, and Wheel of Life / Roles (with coloured rewards)
- Sprint Report (2 week) Time Log (every day, see Time Remaining per Project go down)

All this planning and recording and summarizing seems like a lot of work, but I gain several extra hours a day from improved focus.

Clarification:

Under Gratitude, it says Have, Experience, Absorb. That's three actions on each item, not one item for each action. It comes from Rick Hanson's book Hardwiring Happiness.

The book has several ideas to find experiences to have, and many, many ways to make the experience stronger.
