Get Everything Done

Does anyone have any helpful advice re knowing ones workload is verging on too great but being pushed to take on more as part of ones "training requiremnts". The problem is that then disorganisation creeps in and you get criticised..yet other people seem to manage..
As a doctor the hierarchy precludes much debate with senior colleagues..
