Get Everything Done

I've been reading old blog posts and forum comments about Autofocus 1. I've found the questions and Mark's answers to be quite helpful. So much so, I was close to curating a document with the "Best Of" comments and sharing on this site. Alas, the inspiration waned.

I'm curious to hear from others what books, articles, etc you have found helpful in deepening your knowledge of:

1. Intuition and "standing out"
2. Little and Often
3. List making

Should Mark see/read this thread, which of your books (I own all of them) best tackles the spirit and practice of Autofocus?
