After I posted my query I did a search on "NIP" and actually did come up with a system by a guy called Mark Glover. NIP Priority System. Should have waited for your reply:-)
AF2. I've tried all the systems, AF2 is Incredibly flexible, I love the way you go back to the end of the list each time. Dismissal is excellent. Of all the systems, it has the most SMEMA feel to it without losing the value of universal capture.
GTD, Outlook, using a version of Mark's UTMS when it comes down to doing, after going through the other GTD steps and taken care of anything urgent. It means I use UTMS about once a week.
(will explain next week when on vacation)
Home: FV, Paper
FV is more an aspiration than mastery: I rarely get through my work list more than twice a day.
(FV is really FV-GTD-ZTD hybrid. Thebrain7 at work desk, taskpaper on the move)
SMEMA, paper at home.
Seraphim : NIP?
LOL!
