Superfocus. Two collumns, lots of different types of tasks. Also the "little" ones like "3 whatever" are not complete IMHO.

DIT. The other systems are interesting, but for focused project-completion work, DIT plus a method to kickstart momentum (my favorite: making step-by-step lists of what to do next) is really all you need. Anything else just beats around the bush.

FV still remains my favourite. Tried out Mark's recent experiments, but found myself reverting back to FV for its simplicity and attentiveness to urgency.
