You've lost me. The target page in the OP has no apparent reference to willpower. (And I see Mark has just beaten me to it while I was writing this)
Also: I'd like to make a general plea to posters not to put in hyperlinks that don't give some idea of who and what they're taking you to. A lot of people, like me, are unwilling to spend time on following them.
By contrast, I don't mind spending time on curmudgeonly grousing.

Yeah, it also makes sense to do in case someone in the future wishes to manually track down an article in case the links change. I'm usually meticulous and post link details but must have been hurried. After all, I didn't even post the correct link!
