By coincidence I was reading the forum right when you posted. Reverse-AF2 sounds interesting. I like the "start at the top" idea. That is an aspect (in a different way) to other methods I gravitate towards, like a daily checklist or spinning plates or 5T, etc, but it is also different. I can see how overloading it would cause a problem, but I should actually try it first.
