Get Everything Done

This was recommended on a forum thread 12 years ago as a way to tackle severe procrastination, but the founder claims far more than that.

I have to say I am sceptical, not least because Joe Vitale (he of The Secret infamy) was involved in the writing of the book. and I wouldn't give it a second glance if it hadn't been recommended on here, but does anyone have any experience of it, good or bad, that they would like to impart?
