Mark do you have a sample of what a page looks like? One that has the cross at the top, date on the first item etc..?

P.S. I am curious to see what kinds of things can appear on the list and how you phrase them i.e. life and work balance etc.

You can see its a complete mixture of items, quite a few of which get re-entered on the same page, some more than once. The major item is preparing for the Stafford trip.

Ok this helps. Question though: why are re-entered things on the same page? Shouldn't they be on the last page?

It *was* the last page at the time. Every page was the last page at one time, just like we were all young once! :-)
