Looks like a great paper solution. I've been using ClockedIn for the IPhone and I absolutely love it. Unlike other IPhone task timers, it presents your activities in a daily schedule format. I can see how what I actually did compares to what I planned to do.

Mel, it's not paper based, but you can print it off. You fill in the little bubbles for what time you are going to work on something or do something specific. I set mine to go off every 15 minutes this a.m. from 5-7:30 and I got a whole bunch of stuff done. Very cool.
